- Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all sponsorship arrangements with the South West Rocks Surf Life Saving Club (“the Club”). By submitting a sponsorship application or payment, the sponsor (“the Sponsor”) agrees to the following terms.
- Sponsorship Approval
- All sponsorships are subject to formal review and approval by the Club’s Management Committee.
- Sponsorship is not considered final, active, or binding until written approval is issued by the Club.
- Payment and Refunds
- Sponsorship payments may be submitted with the application; however, payment does not constitute acceptance.
- If the Club does not approve the sponsorship for any reason, all funds received will be refunded in full within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Sponsorship Benefits
- Sponsorship benefits, inclusions, and promotional opportunities will be outlined in the Club’s sponsorship package or in a written agreement.
- Benefits will only commence once the sponsorship has been formally approved.
- Use of Club Branding
- Sponsors may only use the Club’s name, logo, or branding materials with prior written permission.
- All promotional materials referencing the Club must be approved before publication.
- Sponsor Conduct
- The Club reserves the right to decline or terminate sponsorships that conflict with the Club’s values, community standards, or Surf Life Saving Australia policies.
- If sponsorship is terminated due to misconduct or reputational risk caused by the Sponsor, refunds may not be provided.
- Duration and Renewal
- Sponsorship terms apply for the period specified in the sponsorship package or agreement.
- Renewal is not automatic and requires new approval by the Club.
- Liability
- The Club is not liable for any loss, damage, or business impact incurred by the Sponsor as a result of sponsorship decisions, delays, or termination.
- Amendments
- The Club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to future sponsorships.
- Acceptance
- By submitting a sponsorship application or payment, the Sponsor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
