The Beachside Markets at South West Rocks are held on the second Saturday of the month, with additional markets being held in the school holidays and on the 5th Saturday of the month (when applicable).

For all stall bookings, we use the online booking platform Issimo Markets. This online booking system allows you to book your stall months in advance.

For first-time users of the Issimo Markets booking platform, you will need to ‘register’ your details. Once your stall is registered, each time you will log in with your username and password.

Stalls are $40/site (plus administration fees) for a 4mx4m site. Payment is required at the time of the booking. Stall sites cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been made. You will then receive an email marked – CONFIRMED and PAID. Please read your confirmation email carefully, as we may not have been able to allocate you your preferred site.

Each stall holder is required to have a minimum of $10 million Product and Public Liability Insurance. A copy of your insurance Certificate of Currency will need to be uploaded to the Issimo Markets platform under your profile. If you have any photos of your stall and produce/products, please upload them to your profile as well so that we are able to use them for social media purposes.
